Girl lifted into the air after getting caught in kite strings at Taiwan festival

A three-year-old girl was lifted several metres into the air, where she twisted and turned for about half a minute, after getting caught in kite strings at a festival in Nanliao, Taiwan on Sunday (Aug 30).
